With over 56 years of rich experience in the marketing and distribution of steel, Mr. Garg is widely regarded as an authority in the steel industry and is one of the strongest foundational pillars of the group. A pioneering figure in the steel trade of Western Uttar Pradesh, he has also served as the Secretary of Loha Vyapaar Sangh, Ghaziabad, for more than 20 years. His visionary leadership, deep industry knowledge, and business acumen have been instrumental in the sustained growth and success of Ravi Iron Limited. His continued guidance has played a pivotal role in taking the group to unprecedented heights of achievement.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) and is also a Law graduate, adding strong financial and legal insight to his leadership.
Mr. Manu Garg brings with him extensive hands-on experience in real estate development, steel trading, and strategic business expansion. He is credited with establishing and scaling the Real Estate vertical of the Garg Group, including the successful development of landmark projects such as Golf Links, Ghaziabad. He also played a key role in transforming Ravi Iron Limited into one of the largest steel trading houses in North India within a short span of five years. His leadership has consistently driven innovation, growth, and operational excellence across verticals.
Actively contributing to the real estate ecosystem, he is a prominent member of CREDAI, has served as Chairman of the CREDAI Conclave Committee for three consecutive years, and currently holds the position of President, CREDAI RNE. His innovative marketing initiatives have earned him the Times Innovative Marketing Award.
He is a management graduate with specialization in Finance and Marketing and began his professional journey in portfolio management.
Mr. Sandeep Malhotra brings over 35 years of diverse experience across banking, private equity, telecom, and agro-tech sectors. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles and built a strong track record in financial services, agro-ecosystem development, and retail distribution. With extensive experience in marketing, management, and real estate operations, Mr. Love Agrawal has worked across India in various leadership capacities. He played a crucial role in the development of a 100-acre township in Delhi NCR and brings deep expertise in managing large-scale real estate projects. He is also well-versed in financial and accounting matters and currently heads government liaison activities within the organization, ensuring smooth regulatory coordination.

With over 27 years of on-ground experience across the solar industry, telecom, and power equipment sectors, Mr. Rama S. Pandey brings strong technical expertise in planning, designing, execution, and management of Solar PV power plants.
