Ravi Renewables Pvt Ltd. was established with a vision to contribute meaningfully to India's clean energy transition through innovative and sustainable solar energy solutions. Today, we develop and deliver utility-scale solar projects while providing comprehensive EPC, IPP, and renewable energy solutions.
Our journey began in the rooftop solar EPC segment, delivering efficient and reliable installations for a diverse range of customers. Building on this foundation, we expanded into utility-scale and ground-mounted solar EPC projects — successfully executing large-scale renewable energy infrastructure, starting with projects for Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL). A significant milestone was the commissioning of our first Independent Power Producer (IPP) project in Odisha, marking our transition from project execution to long-term renewable asset ownership and operation.
Over the years, we have delivered successful projects across 6 states — Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Delhi, Odisha, and Maharashtra — serving utility, commercial, and industrial clients with a strong focus on quality, safety, and execution excellence.

With a legacy spanning over eight decades, Garg Group has grown from a humble cloth trading business established in 1937 into a diversified Indian business group. Formally founded in 1957 by Late Shri D.C. Garg, the Group has expanded across Renewable Energy, Real Estate, Education, Iron & Steel Trading, Publications, and Skill Development. Built on trust, entrepreneurial vision, and enduring partnerships, Garg Group continues to create long-term value while contributing to India's growth and sustainable future.
The Group's growth journey includes Ravi Iron Limited, established in 1969 — one of North India's leading steel trading houses and a major SAIL dealer — with Ravi Renewables Pvt Ltd. representing our strategic focus and work on sustainable energy solutions.

The people behind the work
Mr. Ravindra Kumar Garg
With over 56 years of rich experience in the marketing and distribution of steel, Mr. Garg is widely regarded as an authority in the steel industry and one of the strongest foundational pillars of the group. A pioneering figure in the steel trade of Western Uttar Pradesh, he served as Secretary of Loha Vyapaar Sangh, Ghaziabad, for more than 20 years. He holds a B.Com and is also a Law graduate, adding strong financial and legal insight to his leadership.
Mr. Manu Garg
Mr. Manu Garg brings extensive hands-on experience in real estate development, steel trading, and strategic business expansion. He established and scaled the Garg Group Real Estate vertical, including landmark projects such as Golf Links, Ghaziabad, and helped transform Ravi Iron Limited into one of North India's largest steel trading houses. A prominent CREDAI member and President of CREDAI RNE, he is a management graduate specialising in Finance and Marketing.
Mr. Sandeep Malhotra
Mr. Sandeep Malhotra brings over 35 years of diverse experience across banking, private equity, telecom, and agro-tech sectors. He has held key leadership roles with a strong track record in financial services, agro-ecosystem development, and retail distribution. His extensive cross-sector exposure strengthens the group's strategic and financial decision-making.
Mr. Love Agrawal
With extensive experience in marketing, management, and real estate operations, Mr. Love Agrawal has worked across India in various leadership capacities, including the development of a 100-acre township in Delhi NCR. Well-versed in financial and accounting matters, he currently heads government liaison activities, ensuring smooth regulatory coordination.
Mr. Rama S. Pandey
With over 27 years of on-ground experience across the solar industry, telecom, and power equipment sectors, Mr. Pandey brings strong technical expertise in the planning, design, execution, and management of Solar PV power plants. He is known for his strong execution capabilities and practical industry knowledge in renewable energy projects.
Ms. Parul Deep Rastogi
With over 24 years of hands-on experience in design leadership, Ms. Rastogi brings a distinguished track record from her tenure at Jakson and her Design and Business Development leadership role at BVG. She is known for her strategic insight, creative vision, and strong contribution toward project excellence and design innovation in renewable energy.
